The five-story building consolidates Labor & Delivery, the Obstetrics ER, Mother-Baby Unit, and NICU, keeping new moms and babies together with dedicated parking at High Street and 4th Avenue.

• Bowling Green Habitat ReStore celebrates 20th anniversary with a local fundraiser (wbko.com) — Bowling Green's Habitat ReStore is marking its 20th anniversary with a celebration and new "Signature Hammer Partners" fundraising campaign on Thursday, Aug. 27. Local residents and businesses are invited to attend at the ReStore, sponsor at the $1,000 level, and help fund affordable home construction and critical repairs for Warren County families.

• No more Route 3: WKU overhauls campus bus system (wkuherald.com) — WKU has eliminated its Route 3 campus bus and reworked Routes 1 and 2, a change driven partly by rising diesel prices in Bowling Green. Students will see new service hours, earlier TopperTaxi availability, and a coming survey to help shape a joint transit development plan with the city of Bowling Green.
