$25K Reward Offered For Tips In Teen's Fatal Stabbing

A 17-year-old was fatally stabbed Friday during the noon hour in Suitland. A reward of up to $25K has been offered for tips in the case.

SUITLAND, MD — Police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a teen and a $25,000 reward has been offered for information that leads to an arrest or indictment in the case.

Friday around 12:20 p.m., Prince George's police officers were called to the 3800 block of St. Barnabas Road where they found 17-year-old Amari Clarke of Suitland with a stab wound. He was taken to the hospital where he later died, according to police.

Detectives are working to identify a suspect(s) and determine a motive. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random crime.
