Suspects Sought In Armed Robbery Of MoCo Pharmacy

Police said one of the suspects also threatened an employee with a knife as they tried to leave the store.

DERWOOD, MD — Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating three people involved in a recent armed robbery in Montgomery County.

According to police, the incident occurred on May 12 at CVS Pharmacy, located in the 17600 block of Redland Road in Derwood.

Around 5:35 p.m., police said three suspects — two men and one woman — entered the pharmacy holding a small child and began stealing merchandise.

When the suspects attempted to leave the store, an employee confronted them and was threatened with a knife by one of the men, police said. The suspects then fled the store with the stolen merchandise.
