• Developer proposes new mixed-use project for Snow Hill - Worcester County News Bayside Gazette (baysideoc.net) — A long-vacant Washington Street building in downtown Snow Hill may soon be replaced by a 22,000-square-foot mixed-use project featuring offices and a hoped-for riverfront restaurant overlooking the Pocomoke. The Snow Hill Planning Commission is set to review the proposal July 6, and town and county officials say the investment would complement ongoing waterfront promenade improvements and broader downtown revitalization efforts.
