• Three Maryland Powerball Tickets Win $50,000 or More as Jackpot Climbs to $409 Million (mocoshow.com) — A Powerball ticket sold at the Royal Farms in Lutherville is worth $50,000 after Monday night's drawing, giving a big win to a local player. Another Maryland ticket hit $150,000 in North Beach, and a Middle River ticket also won $50,000, while the jackpot for Wednesday's drawing has climbed to an estimated $409 million.
   

• Annapolis dermatology practice opens Baltimore County location (thedailyrecord.com) — A new dermatology and cosmetic care practice has opened at Lutherville Valley Gateway on Tony Drive, bringing additional skin health services close to home. Current Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, originally based in Annapolis, now offers full-body skin cancer screenings, treatment for skin and hair conditions, and a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures in its fully leased Baltimore County office building.
   

• Heller Kowitz Insurance Advisors relocating corporate headquarters to Hunt Valley this fall (i95business.com) — A growing insurance firm is moving its headquarters from Timonium to the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley, a shift that may pull more employers from the Lutherville area. Leaders say the upgraded space, amenities, and visibility off I-83 support their expansion plans and highlight why some companies are choosing Hunt Valley over traditional Lutherville-Timonium office locations.
