Parents and staff say the classes boost children's focus, confidence, and brain development, while also giving families a supportive community and chances to perform with a symphony.

Study looking into solutions for maternal mental health shortfalls in Nebraska (wowt.com) — An Omaha-based state senator is helping lead an interim study into why Nebraska lags in maternal mental health care and how policy, insurance, and services could be improved. From Omaha to rural areas, many new mothers face long drives, limited providers, and barriers to treatment, prompting new partnerships like the Mindful Moms program to better support perinatal mental health.
