Kids in grades 1 through 5 will explore animal science and agriculture through workshops, farm activities, and tours. The full-day program runs Nov. 5 and 6, with registration open through Oct. 30.

Families will find hands-on workshops that let kids and adults make lanterns, paint Chinese fans, and enjoy traditional crafts, offering an accessible way to experience this cultural holiday close to home.
   

4. Hillsborough HS RoboRaiders: Student Innovation Takes Over Bridgewater Commons for RoboCon 2026 (tapinto.net) — A major student-run robotics expo just filled Bridgewater Commons, turning the mall into a hands-on STEM playground for kids, parents, and local teams. Hillsborough, Somerville, Bound Brook, North Plainfield, and Union County students demonstrated competition robots, ran Girl Scout STEM workshops, and showed families that engineering and technology are accessible, creative paths for children across the Bridgewater area.

ICYMI: AFP Celebrates America's 250th Anniversary in Bridgewater with MLB Legend, Joe Girardi (americansforprosperity.org) — Bridgewater recently hosted a high-profile "We the People" celebration at TD Bank Ballpark, drawing more than 400 New Jerseyans and featuring Joe Girardi and several conservative speakers.
