After years of serving New Jersey from our food trucks, The Mexi-Boys is opening its first restaurant on Saturday, November 7—and we’re ready to celebrate.
What started with one truck, a small team and a big idea has grown into four Mexi-Boys trucks and now a permanent home in East Brunswick. It has taken a lot of hard work to get here, and we couldn’t have done it without the customers who supported us along the way.
Come hungry for our signature fried burrito, quesadillas, Mexi Bowls, loaded nachos, tacos and taquitos.
