Players and coaches still see room for improvement as they prepare for next Friday's 6 p.m. Homecoming matchup against Colonia at the Hillsborough field, where students are expected to turn out again in spirited themes.
   

• Millstone's 250th Anniversary Comes to Life on Stage in "The Final Tolling of the Bells" (newjerseystage.com) — Hillsborough residents are invited to a free performance of "The Final Tolling of the Bells" at Hillsborough Reformed Church on Saturday, October 10, celebrating nearby Millstone Borough's 250th anniversary. The historical play, honored by the Daughters of the American Revolution, uses personal stories to bring local Revolutionary-era history to life, followed by a Q&A for audience members.
