Clementina Sign Stays, Montana Sign Shifts in Montclair HPC Showdown (tapinto.net) — Montclair's Historic Preservation Commission recently weighed in on a Pleasant Avenue subdivision, an affordable two-family home on Miller Street, and new signage for the Montana apartments and Clementina restaurant on Valley Road in Upper Montclair. Commissioners pushed for tree preservation, design tweaks to fit the historic worker-housing block, and a relocated apartment sign, while the township pursues grant funding for the police building.
   

3. A Century in Bloom Flower Show (montclairlocal.news) — Montclair residents can enjoy a free three-day "Century in Bloom" flower show next weekend at Van Vleck House & Gardens, celebrating the Garden Club of Montclair's 100th anniversary.
