The role supports Rutgers' international students with immigration advising, SEVIS processing, and orientation activities, and requires on-site work, a related bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for federal visa authorization approval.

Sayreville police shoot dog attacking family, 3 injured (mycentraljersey.com) — Three people injured by a family dog in Sayreville were rushed to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, where they're reported in stable condition. Sayreville police shot and killed the dog to stop the attack, and county investigators are asking anyone with information about what happened to contact their office.

U.S. housing market enters October bargain season in 15 cities, Redfin says (tradersunion.com) — Homebuyers in New Brunswick may see some of the best housing deals in early October, as Redfin flags the city among 15 markets where price cuts and seller concessions are rising. If you're shopping locally, the data suggest more room to negotiate on both price and closing terms this month.
