Ramsey Police To Enforce Main Street Traffic Violations On 2 Upcoming Days

RAMSEY, NJ — Drivers and pedestrians should expect to see police on Main Street during two upcoming traffic enforcement days.

The Ramsey Police Department will enforce traffic violations involving pedestrian and driver safety on Thursday, Sept. 24, and Tuesday, Sept. 29, according to a Rave alert sent by the borough.

“Expect police presence on these dates,” the alert said.

The department did not specify in the alert which individual traffic violations officers will target.

Ramsey uses Rave Mobile Safety as its community emergency notification system. The borough says the system is used by borough officials, Ramsey Police and Ramsey OEM to send important community notifications.
