Elmont Teen Accused Of Selling Illegal Vapes, Kratom Out Of Valley Stream Valero: PD

VALLEY STREAM, NY — An Elmont man is facing drug possession and sale charges this week after he was found to be selling illegal vape and THC products out of a Valley Stream gas station, police said.

Nassau County police said 18-year-old Amritpreet Singh was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 8 after an investigation revealed that flavored vapes, Kratom and THC products were being sold out of the Valero where he worked.

Singh is now charged with sale of restricted products, sale of flavored products prohibited, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed cannabis sale and disorderly premise, police said. According to police, Singh is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, Sept. 9.
