Stubborn 3-day nor'easter lurches off Long Island, leaving 2,000 fallen trees, flooding, outages in wake (newsday.com) — Huntington was hit hard by the three-day nor'easter, with hundreds of downed trees and town crews still clearing more than a hundred trouble spots that blocked roads and tangled power lines.
