• Candles To 'Light The Night' On 2nd Anniversary Of Long Island Motorcyclist Killed In Crash (patch.com) — Miller Place residents are being invited to a Friday night candlelight vigil at Route 25A and Oakland Avenue, where 20-year-old motorcyclist Logan Vogel was killed in 2024. His mother, from nearby Mount Sinai, hopes the gathering both honors her son and draws attention to safety concerns along the crash-prone Route 25A corridor.
