You'll need a form, a service photo, and basic service details, and optional discharge papers, with donations welcome but not required. Help is available directly from the post if you have questions.

2. Former New Rochelle factory to become clubhouse (westfaironline.com) — A former factory at 111 Plain Ave. in New Rochelle is being transformed into a youth sports clubhouse after the city Planning Board approved conversion plans. Nonprofit WYSE will add indoor facilities and a rooftop baseball training space for local kids, with help from the Westchester Giants organization. The group hopes to open the clubhouse by year's end, expanding affordable sports access.

New Rochelle Council Member Shane Osinloye Faces Ethics Complaint over $6,727.50 in Bowman Campaign Wages (talkofthesound.com) — A sworn ethics complaint has been filed with New Rochelle's Board of Ethics questioning whether Council Member Shane Osinloye fully reported more than $6,700 in campaign wages on his 2024 financial disclosure. Parking garage enterprise focus of family dispute (westfaironline.com) — A New Rochelle resident and minority partner in Manhattan Parking Group has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy to pause an escalating arbitration battle with his brothers over profits from a large parking-garage portfolio. The case involves garages in New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Yonkers, and New York City, and could affect how his share of the business is divided. Bankruptcy temporarily halts the arbitration while the dispute moves into federal court.
