• West Sayville Woman Hid SUV After Hit-And-Run Seriously Injured Jogger: DA (patch.com) — A Sayville jogger was seriously injured when she was struck from behind on Brook Street in nearby West Sayville, and prosecutors say the driver then hid her damaged SUV at multiple locations. The West Sayville woman has been indicted and arraigned, her license suspended, and she faces up to four years in prison if convicted when she returns to court in October.
