ā¢ 23 WCU music students to join North Carolina Symphony in America 250 concert (wlos.com) ā Cullowhee residents can catch the North Carolina Symphony live at Western Carolina University in a special America 250 concert featuring works by Bernstein, Copland, and John Williams. Twenty-three WCU music students will join the professionals onstage after an intensive residency, making this a rare chance to see local talent perform alongside a world-class orchestra close to home.
