• GBI Arrests Former City of Cornelia Director of Information Technology (wnegradio.com) — A Clarkesville resident and former IT director for the City of Cornelia has been arrested and charged with stealing more than $95,000 in city funds, including forgery and theft by deception counts. He was booked into the Habersham County Detention Center, and state investigators are still gathering information while asking anyone with tips to contact the GBI.
