ā¢ Baldwin council hears both sides again on Cook development (thenortheastgeorgian.com) ā Baldwin officials are preparing to vote September 15 on whether to annex 45 acres and rezone it Highway Business for a Cook Construction development, despite objections from Habersham County commissioners. Residents again spoke both for and against the project at a second public hearing, while the city also approved new radio maintenance and animal control agreements with the county.
