• Conservation urged for local water customers (taylorsvilletimes.com) — Taylorsville water customers are being asked to voluntarily cut their water use by at least 5% because of ongoing drought conditions across North Carolina and the Catawba River Basin. Residents are urged to conserve until conditions improve.
