• State money will benefit Heidelberg, Scott police; Carnegie and Bridgeville infrastructure projects (triblive.com) — Bridgeville is receiving $150,000 in state Local Share Account funding to upgrade lighting at Chartiers Park, improving safety and usability for residents. Nearby communities, including Heidelberg, Scott Township, and Carnegie, are also getting significant grants for police vehicles, stormwater upgrades, and emergency-ready municipal facilities, all aimed at strengthening everyday services across the Chartiers Valley area.
