• Lehigh County food safety inspections for the week of Sept. 14-20 (spotlightpa.org) — Lehigh County's latest food safety inspections include a Macungie-based food truck, S & D Cuisine on Knight Drive, which was cited only for an expired Certified Food Manager certificate and given 90 days to fix it. Local diners can also see how nearby spots in Emmaus, Whitehall, Alburtis, and Trexlertown fared, with issues ranging from rodent droppings to clogged dish sinks.
