• Lincoln Suspends Mattress Pickup as Shredder Goes Offline (upriseri.com) — Lincoln has halted its free curbside mattress pickup for about a month because the town's Public Works mattress shredder is out of service, leaving no firm restart date. Residents can call 401-333-8422 to join a waitlist for notification, or haul acceptable mattresses to statewide drop-off sites in Pawtucket or Johnston under current recycling rules.
