1. Marks In Motions: Oil & Mixed Media (lcweekly.com) — Hilton Head artists can sign up now for a two-day "Marks in Motion: Oil & Mixed Media" workshop at Art League Academy on Cordillo Parkway, running October 4–5. Guest instructor Anne Strutz will guide all skill levels through expressive mark-making, layering oil, pastel, and watercolor, with most materials provided for a small fee at Hilton Head's only nonprofit visual arts academy.
   

2. Additional person sought by sheriff's office after July 4 shooting (blufftontoday.com) — Investigators are asking Hilton Head Island residents to help identify a man seen in surveillance footage tied to the July 4 Coligny Beach shooting that injured eight people. The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office released a clothing description and multiple ways to submit tips, including phone, online, and the P3 Tips app.
   

3. ANNIE — Stage Managers (broadwayworld.com) — Hilton Head Island's Arts Center of Coastal Carolina is hiring an Equity Assistant Stage Manager for its upcoming production of ANNIE, with housing and transportation provided. Applicants must submit resumes by September 18, 2026, ahead of November rehearsals and December–January performances, and the center emphasizes a strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
   

4. PGA Tour reveals brand new 2027 FedExCup schedule; RBC Canadian Open slated for June 7-13 at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (North Course) (wordpress.com) — Golf fans on Hilton Head Island can circle April 12–18, 2027, when the RBC Heritage returns as a Signature Event at Harbour Town Golf Links. The newly released PGA Tour FedExCup schedule confirms 36 tournaments, including all four majors and elevated events, with Hilton Head again hosting one of the tour's premier stops.
