• West Columbia City Council moves to push forward development of the massive Colite site (westmetronews.com) — West Columbia residents will see long-idle Colite property transformed after city council approved rezoning for a 10-acre mixed-use project off Augusta Road and Jarvis Klapman Boulevard. Developers plan offices, artisan and market space, food venues, a brew hall, and new residential and business space across more than 150,000 square feet, with initial work starting on North Parson Street.
