• Plans for Argyle High School baseball, softball complex move forward with friction - Cross Timbers Gazette Southern Denton County Flower Mound (crosstimbersgazette.com) — Argyle ISD's plan for new baseball and softball stadiums serving Argyle High is moving ahead after Flower Mound's Planning and Zoning Commission narrowly approved a height increase and backed a roof-pitch waiver. Neighbors in the Canyon Falls area raised concerns about added noise, while designers detailed steps to reduce sound and light spillover. Final approval on roof design now heads to Flower Mound Town Council.
