From Quechee Gorge crowds and VINS to Wilder's riverside parks and West Hartford's homesteads, locals are bracing for Route 4 traffic to ease as the Quechee Gorge Bridge project nears completion this month.
• Three seriously hurt in suspected DWI crash: state police (wmur.com) — A White River Junction man suffered life-threatening injuries when his car was hit and caught fire in a suspected impaired-driving crash Tuesday night on Route 12A in Plainfield, New Hampshire. State police say the other driver, an 18-year-old from Claremont, and his passenger were also seriously hurt, and the teen now faces felony aggravated DWI and related charges as investigators seek additional witnesses.
