Have You Seen Him? Critically Missing Adult Alert Issued For 75-Year-Old Fairfax Man

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Virginia State Police has issued a Critically Missing Adult Alert on behalf of the Fairfax City Police Department as authorities search for a 75-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday afternoon in Fairfax.

The alert was issued at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday for Ralph Christian Jones, whose disappearance investigators say poses a credible threat to his health and safety.

According to the alert, Jones was last seen around 3 p.m. Monday in the Queen Anne Drive area of Fairfax.

Authorities described Jones as a white man who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes.

Police said he may have been wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, green hiking shoes and glasses when he disappeared.

Investigators determined that Jones' disappearance presents a credible threat to his health and safety, prompting the issuance of the statewide Critically Missing Adult Alert.
