Police Identify Suspect In Stabbing At Fredericksburg McDonald’s
Fredericksburg police are seeking a 25-year-old Stafford man for malicious wounding following an employee dispute at a McDonald's.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Authorities are searching for a Stafford man following a stabbing late Saturday night at a local fast-food restaurant.
Fredericksburg police responded just before midnight to the McDonald’s on Emancipation Highway, after receiving a report of an assault. Investigators determined that an argument between two employees escalated into a physical fight, during which one employee stabbed the other in the shoulder.
The suspect, identified by police as 25-year-old Dangelo Arroyo Gil, fled the scene on foot before officers arrived. Although law enforcement searched the surrounding area, they were unable to locate Arroyo Gil.

According to a police statement, a knife was recovered at the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries and later released.

Arroyo Gil is wanted on a charge of malicious wounding.
Police describe him as a light-skinned Hispanic man, 6-feet tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with curly afro-style hair.
The Fredericksburg Police Department warned the public not to approach Arroyo Gil if he is spotted and to call 911 immediately.
