• Virginia congressman's meeting with transgender Democrats erupts into profanity. Then he walked out (advocate.com) — King George Democrats recently confronted Rep. Eugene Vindman over his vote for a GOP-backed bill on transgender students, leading to a heated exchange and his early exit from their meeting. Local LGBTQ+ residents, including members of the King George Democratic Committee, say they feel unheard, especially as a federal lawsuit challenges the county school board over a blocked gay-straight alliance at King George Middle School.
