• Unclaimed remains of veterans get final resting place in Quantico National Cemetery (insidenova.com) — Unclaimed remains of 20 veterans and two spouses have finally been laid to rest with full military honors at Quantico National Cemetery, giving them a dignified home in the community’s backyard. Volunteers with the Missing in America Project work with funeral homes and the VA to identify eligible veterans, overcoming paperwork and privacy hurdles so more can be interred in Quantico and beyond.
