• 4 More Arrested In Shooting Death Of Triangle Teen In Woodbridge: Police (patch.com) — A 16-year-old boy from Triangle was killed during an alleged robbery attempt in Woodbridge on July 5, and police have now arrested four additional people connected to the case. Several suspects, including two young women and a man accused of tampering with evidence, face serious charges ranging from felony murder to concealing offenses. All but one are being held without bond as the investigation continues. 
• Teen arrested in connection to fatal quinceañera shooting in Fauquier County (fox5dc.com) — A 16-year-old from Triangle, Samuel Ojeda, was fatally shot during an outdoor quinceañera in Fauquier County, and a 17-year-old from Dumfries has now been arrested. Deputies responding to a noise complaint heard a gunshot and found Ojeda with a fatal wound despite CPR efforts. Investigators say the homicide probe is ongoing and have not released a motive.
