• Vienna Medical Building To Get Major Renovation: Report (patch.com) — Vienna readers will see changes coming to 502 Maple Ave. W., where a longtime plastic surgery tenant is relocating and a new practice, Dominion Medical Care, plans a major renovation. The three-story building sold for $3.95 million, with the new owner set to occupy most upper floors and lease remaining medical, office, or retail space while Freedom Bank stays on the ground level.
