Officials in Prince William and nearby counties have not yet identified a source or issued health guidance, and local agencies and utilities are still reviewing inquiries about possible causes.
   

4. Woman accused of double murder arrested after eluding police for weeks (wsbtv.com) — A woman accused of killing two VDOT contractors, including a 30-year-old man from Woodbridge, has been arrested in North Carolina after weeks on the run. Authorities say the July shooting at a Chesterfield County equipment yard was domestic-violence related. Families of the victims described their ongoing grief as Virginia officials work to extradite the suspect back to face murder charges.
