7 People Arrested During Organized Retail Theft Operation

PERRIS, CA — A total of seven people ranging from 37 to 65 years old were arrested during a retail theft operation in Perris on suspicion of theft, authorities announced Saturday.
The operation was conducted by the Perris Sheriff's Station Robbery Burglary Suppression and the Special Enforcement Team on Friday in the 3100 block of Case Road, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
The following suspects were arrested during the operation:

-- Andy Cuong Huynh, 52-year-old resident of Moreno Valley, arrested on suspicion of petty theft.
-- Jenny Anderson, 65-year-old resident of Perris, arrested on suspicion of petty theft and possession of narcotics.

-- Jessica Donaldson, 40-year-old resident of Hemet, arrested on suspicion of petty theft and a probation violation.
-- Mark Clark, 60-year-old resident of Menifee, arrested on suspicion of petty theft with priors and possession of narcotics.
-- Moises Alvarez, 38-year-old resident of Perris, arrested on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, conspiracy, and committing a felony while out on bail.
-- Claudia Alvarez, 37-year-old resident of Perris, arrested on suspicion of burglary, grand theft, and conspiracy.
-- Jose Ruiz Lopez, 45-year-old resident of Menifee, arrested on suspicion of evading and resisting arrest.
