• Two arrested in shooting involving Cairo City Manager - Thomasville Times-Enterprise (timesenterprise.com subscription) — Cairo residents are learning more about the June 9 shooting incident involving City Manager Booker Gainor, after state investigators arrested two men on aggravated assault charges. Authorities say Gainor was unharmed after shots were reportedly fired from a sedan while he was stopped on a UTV along Aldredge Road in Grady County.
