• 2 arrested for mail theft across north Georgia county (wsbtv.com) — Two people suspected in a string of mail thefts across Hall County were arrested at a home in Lula on Aug. 26, after investigators tracked a vehicle seen on security cameras. Deputies say the pair face multiple theft and porch piracy charges, with more counts possible as other missing-mail cases are reviewed. Lula residents should stay alert for suspicious activity around mailboxes and porches.
