• Cobb & Douglas Public Health Offers Free Mosquito Larvicide Tablets (cobbcountycourier.com) — Marietta residents can pick up free mosquito larvicide tablets at the Marietta Public Health Center now through October 30 to help reduce West Nile virus risk around their homes. Cobb & Douglas Public Health is offering one six‑tablet pack per household, focusing on standing water that can't be drained and encouraging regular 'TIP 'n TOSS' cleanups.
