Local court records and reporting detail the peeping tom and recording-related charges, the judge's warning of at least five years in prison if probation is violated, and the February discovery of recordings of multiple women.
   

• Four-Week Road Closure To Impact Annapolis: What You Need To Know (patch.com) — Expect weekday closures on Spa Road between Hunt Meadow Drive and Harness Creek starting Monday, as utility work for the Village at Providence Point ramps up. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through at least Oct. 30, Annapolis drivers will need to follow signed detours and watch for flaggers while crews also add a shared-use path, turn lanes, and drainage upgrades.
