Anne Arundel County investigators used surveillance, license plate readers, cell data, and DNA evidence to link them to a stolen car and the robbery attempt that turned deadly along the popular trail corridor.
   

4. Anne Arundel County, American Red Cross sign agreement to strengthen disaster response partnership (wmar2news.com) — Anne Arundel County officials in Annapolis have formalized a new agreement with the American Red Cross to speed help to residents after house fires, storms, and other disasters. The partnership builds on years of joint response work, coordinating firefighters, emergency management staff, and volunteers so families across the county receive faster shelter, support, and recovery assistance when crises hit.

Temple Beth Shalom is a Shining Light in Annapolis (jewishtimes.com) — Temple Beth Shalom in nearby Arnold serves as a major hub for Jewish life in the greater Annapolis area, drawing families from across Anne Arundel County.
