Landover Man Dies 1 Week After Shooting, Detectives Search For Suspect
Prince George's police detectives are searching for the suspect or suspects wanted in the now fatal shooting of a Landover man.
LANDOVER, MD — Detectives are investigating a now fatal shooting of a 20-year-old Landover man who died after the Aug. 16 incident.
Detectives are investigating the death of Jamal Crawley, Jr., 20, who was shot around 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of Garrett A. Morgan Boulevard. Prince George's police officers found Crawley, Jr. outside with a gunshot wound. He died of his injuries Aug. 23, according to police.
On Sept. 14, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled Crawley, Jr.'s death a homicide.

Investigators are working to identify the suspect(s) and determine a motive.
