• Honda airbags ripped from vehicles in overnight theft spree across Anne Arundel County (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Odenton residents are among Honda owners hit by an overnight airbag theft spree, with at least seven thefts reported around Piney Orchard Parkway and more in nearby Glen Burnie and Crofton. Police are asking anyone with security footage to share it directly with investigators and reminding residents they can obtain free steering-wheel locks from county police stations while supplies last.
   

• Authorities identify woman killed in Middle River police involved shooting (nottinghammd.com) — A 21-year-old woman from Odenton has been identified as the person fatally shot by a Baltimore County police officer during a Sept. 3 encounter in Middle River. State investigators are reviewing body camera footage and asking anyone with information or video from the area to contact them as they work to understand what led to the shooting.
   

• Anne Arundel Medical Center cyberattack delays patient care (wbaltv.com) — Patients who recently used the Luminis Imaging Center in Odenton are seeing delays in test results and treatment as a cyberattack continues to disrupt Anne Arundel Medical Center and the wider Luminis Health system. Some cancer patients report postponed infusions and uncertainty about next steps, while the health system works to assess the damage and posts ongoing updates online.
