Suspect taken into custody in connection to fatal hit-and-run in Severna Park (wmar2news.com) — A suspect has been taken into custody after 54-year-old Steve Reynolds was fatally struck in a Severna Park crosswalk Saturday night, with the driver fleeing the scene. Reynolds' family, remembering him as a generous father of four and local businessman, had publicly urged the motorist to come forward as police continued their investigation.
   

2. Suspect Taken Into Custody After Near-Fatal Pedestrian Hit-and-Run in Severna Park (shorenewsnetwork.com) — Police say a suspect is now in custody after a pedestrian was critically injured in an Oct. 3 hit-and-run on Ritchie Highway near Magothy Bridge Road in Severna Park. Investigators traced a dark Land Rover Discovery seen on surveillance video, but are withholding the suspect's identity until charges are filed as they continue gathering details.
