• Framingham, Mass., flood project restores natural flow, reconnects neighborhoods (stormwater.com) — Framingham's Walnut Street Neighborhood Flood Mitigation Project is transforming a chronically flooded corridor into a safer, more resilient connection between schools, senior facilities, parks, and nearby homes. By restoring wetlands, removing an earthen berm, and adding an elevated ADA-accessible boardwalk, the city is reducing flood risk while improving walking and biking access for residents in a vulnerable neighborhood.
