Worcester Food Truck Festival Returns To Common

A downtown food truck festival will return to Worcester with food vendors, craft beverages and an artisan market.

WORCESTER, MA — A downtown food truck festival will return to Worcester next weekend with food vendors, craft beverages and an artisan market.

The 15th Worcester Food Truck & Craft Beverage Festival, hosted by Food Truck Festivals of America, is scheduled for Jun. 6 from noon to 6 p.m. at Worcester Common, 455 Main St., with VIP early entry beginning at 11 a.m.

The festival will feature food trucks selling lobster, Turkish and Mediterranean food, empanadas, hot dogs, egg rolls, Indian food, Mexican food, whoopie pies, coffee and lemonade. Food and drinks will be sold separately from admission.

Advance tickets are $5 and admission at the gate is $10, with special packages available online only.

The beverage lineup includes regional and national craft beers, cider, cocktails, seltzers and nonalcoholic options, according to Food Truck Festivals of America. Beer ticket sales will end half an hour before the festival closes, and last call is at 4:45 p.m.

The event is family-friendly and will run rain or shine. Military members and children 10 and under will be admitted free, according to the festival page.

Leashed dogs are allowed. Lawn chairs are also welcome and recommended.

Street parking on Front Street will be closed during the event, according to organizers. Attendees are encouraged to use nearby parking garages, rideshare services, taxis or WRTA public transit.
