Select Medical, Corewell Health plan 84-bed rehabilitation hospital in Michigan (dotmed.com) — A new four-story, 84-bed rehabilitation hospital is planned next to Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital, dramatically expanding inpatient rehab services available to Troy residents by 2029. The joint venture between Select Medical and Corewell Health will focus on patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions, significantly increasing local post-acute care capacity.
   

2. Physician Assistant (PA) Troy Medical Campus (Cross-Sectional Interventional Radiology) (umich.edu) — A new University of Michigan Health specialty campus is opening in Troy, bringing advanced cross-sectional interventional radiology and many other outpatient services right into the community. This posting seeks an experienced physician assistant to help run image‑guided procedures and patient care at the Forbes Imaging Center, with training partly in Ann Arbor and nearby locations and a strong salary and benefits package.
   

3. MREI Monthly Meeting: Market Trends and Stats! (biggerpockets.com) — Real estate investors and landlords in Troy can catch a deep dive into market trends, economic shifts, and landlord‑tenant law updates at MREI's annual meeting on November 19 at the MSU Management Education Center on Square Lake Road.
