2. Madison Honors 11U Little League Team for 2026 New Jersey State Championship (tapinto.net) — Madison's 11U Little League team has been officially honored by Mayor Robert Conley and the Borough Council for winning the 2026 New Jersey state championship, capped by a 6–5 victory over Hoboken. Players and coaches received certificates celebrating their teamwork, sportsmanship, and the pride they brought to Madison throughout their title run.
   

3. Revolutionary War Digital Scavenger Hunt (morristowngreen.com) — History buffs in Madison can join a free Revolutionary War–themed digital scavenger hunt that sends players on spy missions through town and neighboring communities. Using the GooseChase app, you'll track down historic markers and sites tied to Washington's winter in Morristown, complete challenges, and earn a commemorative scroll when you finish your missions.
   

4. Adjunct Professor Biology (Molecules, Cells & Genes Lab)-Spring 2027 (fdu.edu) — A new adjunct biology instructor position is open at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Florham Campus in Madison, with classes starting in January 2027 and paying $900–$1,000 per contact hour. Local candidates with at least a master's in biology or biology education and lab-teaching experience are encouraged to apply, submitting a CV, cover letter, and references for evening or possible daytime lab sections.
