Data Breach Lawsuit Investigation (claimdepot.com) — Residents who work with Deer Management Co., doing business as Bessemer Venture Partners in Larchmont, should know the firm reported a voice-phishing data breach in early August that exposed names and Social Security numbers. A class action firm is investigating, and affected individuals may be eligible for compensation if their information was compromised.
