• Chat with the Chaplain: Triad Honor Flight (reflector.com) — Local Legionnaires from Post 290 in King recently joined the Triad Honor Flight, escorting fellow veterans from Greensboro to Washington, D.C., to visit national military memorials. Community members from King turned out at the airport to cheer their return, giving Vietnam veterans in particular the heartfelt welcome many never received decades ago.
